Law Office of Henry Graham P.C. is a General Practice law firm with a focus in commercial litigation. Henry M. Graham the principal, has a wide-range of experience in foreclosure and foreclosure defense, federal litigation, appeals, construction law, Commercial litigation, real estate litigation and Real Estate Transactions representing purchasers and sellers in residential and commercial closings. Mr. Graham is licensed to practice law in the state of New York, and in the federal bar in both the Southern and Eastern Districts for the State of New York. 

 

Mr. Graham, is a native New Yorker. Mr. Graham attended the University of Indiana-Bloomington, where he received a BS and a business Certificate from the Kelley School of Business.  He attended Touro Law Center and graduated with a J.D. with honors. Mr. Graham thereafter attended The George Washington Law School and received an LLM, with a specialty in Intellectual Property. After graduating Mr. Graham worked for a commercial litigation firm before being hired by Rosicki Rosicki and Associates where he learned the in and outs of foreclosure actions. After two years Mr. Graham opened his own practice, focusing on Commercial litigation, Real Estate Litigation and Foreclosure representation. Mr. Graham was thereafter a partner at Cooper & Paroff P.C., where he continued to gain invaluable experience in his areas of practice. 

 

            Since beginning his career as an attorney, Mr. Graham’s experiences at different practices have given him the ability understand client’s needs to protect them with the best course of action. Having represented both big lenders and homeowners, Mr. Graham has the unique knowledge and advantage to advise clients how the foreclosure process be resolved.
